In order to know the God of the bible one need to know that the Bible is His Word! He wrote it by inspiration of the Holy Spirit and gave it to us so that we can KNOW HIM! Unfortunately many have left the teachings of God's word for the teachings of man.

Amen, I love this! There’s a Max Lucado Book titled, God loves you just the way you are, but He doesn’t want you to stay that way.
